	Huebert Sports and Spine Center is located at 6464 SW Borland Rd. Suite D2, in Tualatin, Oregon. Our facility can be found just one block southwest of Meridian Park Hospital emergency room in the the Tualatin Professional Center.


	I-5: take exit 289 East towards Meridian Park Hospital on Nyberg Rd. SW Nyberg Rd. becomes SW 65th avenue. Turn left onto SW Borland Rd. Turn right into the Tualatin Professional Center. I-205 (from Oregon City): from I-205 South merge North onto I-5 towards Portland. Take exit 289 East towards Meridian Park Hospital on Nyberg Rd. SW Nyberg Rd. becomes SW 65th avenue. Turn left onto SW Borland Rd. Turn right into the Tualatin Professional Center. Alternate route from I-205: Exit North onto Stafford Rd (exit 3). Turn left at Wanker's corner onto Borland Rd.
